I'm also learning about the benefits of eating sprouted grain bread. Pumpkin seeds are great for alot of things! I mostly eat legumes, fruit, and vegetables. Some meat here and there for protein , I see the change in skin, hair, and body. It's amazing. There is healing in the foods! Even nuts that are great for you! Everything in moderation is key ☺️🌸
