My blood pressure monitor broke a few years ago but I ordered a replacement today after listening to this ep. I've dropped at least 15kg, added a lot of cardio and massively changed my diet since I last used one so it will be interesting to see if there's any change in my numbers

Are scapula pull ups worth it? I can do 10 pull ups. But sometimes i dont engage my scapula well. Will the scapula pull ups help? What else can i do?

I did 5x3 20kg one arm db OHP. But with 2mins rest in between sets. Is it too much or too little considering im alternating arms, starting with the weak one and ofc that im doing the exercise one handed?
