Designed to help you connect breath with movement before easing into mindful rest, Flow Into Stillness is a moving meditation, perfect for when you need to release tension, calm the mind, and come home to yourself.

We'll begin by opening the body with intentional movement, then gradually land into savasana to nourish the nervous system and invite quiet reflection. This is your time to slow down and surrender.
