If buying isn't owning, pirating isn't theft.

Can't remember the last time I paid for a movie

@glowiak3430

Most modern movies are not even worth pirating.

@DumSeal

They really expect me to pay 10 a month for a single show that was cancelled

I just avoid mainstream entertainment almost entirely. It’s gotten quite a bit worse over the past decade

@Ares_V

Absolutely whenever I can. If prices were reasonable I wouldn't but that's almost never the case

I genuinely try to pay for it. But if no place will stream it then…..

Signing up to a pirate site seems like a good way to become collateral damage in a lawsuit.

My wife usually wants to watch things with Chinese subtitles. Which means we can usually only watch movies on Chinese pirate sites.

Personal religious conviction, so not at all, but if it wasn’t for that I’d be the world’s greatest pirate.

Android TV box. I pay $12 a year and watch all live PPV events, all live sports, movies, TV shows, you name it.

I did it with a show that was, at the time, unavailable in the US. The creators encouraged people to do it so they could use that interest to sell it to an American streaming service. I also did it with a movie that was so bad that I turned it off halfway through. I think it added 10 cents to my electric bill. I want those 10 cents back.

I bought an Apple adapter that connects to a HDMI for the TV and to my phone so I can do this in style lol
