A day in the life type of video. Would love to see how you structure your training in a day/weekly scenario.

I'm 66 years young and love calisthenics. Any insights into approaches for over 60 is welcomed

How do you train through injury? Like a broken wrist or fractured arm, for instance. I know rest is important, but I'd also assume that blood flowing through the body because of physical activity would help it recover faster, right?

I like the emphasis on minimal equipment - sticking to calisthenics

More weighted calisthenics content, best equipment, reps & sets, etc. High volume bodyweight rest and recovery stuff too, how not to overtrain and joint health stuff.

Some recipes you follow regularly. The last video you did on your day of eating had a lot of nice looking food👌

Hi Adorian, I was thinking about you because my pull-ups recently got better and I swam a lot this summer! How are you doing? Do you still train calisthenics? Winter is slowly approaching, the landscape changes and so does my training: more strength training and still much walking on trails, but less cardio... - All the best to you!
