longer explanation for the dumb dumbs: when u cough into your hands the germs of the cough go on your hands and out of all places on the body, hands are what touches the most stuff so its not good and it infects other people


and that bit near your elbow is actually really hard to touch thing with on purpose anyway

when i started kindergarten in 2009, we were taught this and if we didn't cough into our elbows we'd get in trouble. to be fair, i was always taught this at home before starting school, but it's crazy to think how many people just don't know this and spread their gross germs everywhere. although, ppl literally had to be told to wash their hands after pissing during the pandemic so 🤷‍♂
