Yeah, I'm not gonna sugar coat it, "The Final Edit" is never gonna drop, anytime soon. The reason for this is pure burn out. Any time I open Alight Motion, and work on my final project, a sense of dread and discouragement, just overwhelms me. These factors mostly come from how W.I.S is evolving so rapidly bad in style and creativity, where your average little Timmy can dish out slop fest edits, containing effect spammed cluster fucks. W.I.S is just not even showing creativity and fun anymore, its just pure slop bouncy text, motion blurred mess flip players, and node effects where you should give a warning before your epileptic cousin lands themselves in the hospital. Hearing from editors like @Piccolo-Sama, @Zoronz_, @MiddleTrack, @noxy.1s, and @ItzMarxz, not even enjoying it anymore, switching from entire editing genres, or just straight up quitting is just sad man, and them telling me how some specific W.I.S creators are try-harding too damn much for 2025 W.I.S and are just ruining the genre for everyone.
