It might be okay to call them workaholic. And it shouldn't bother them to be called so. I mean, at the end of the day, if they're living a life that makes them happy, gives them satisfaction and feeling of being fulfilled, then it doesn't matter if the world doesn't understand the life they've chosen for themselves. Same for someone who chooses a laid back lifestyle. Bring called lazy, complacent or whatever shouldn't bother them. As long as you choose what brings u peace and joy, and don't deliberately hurt or harm anyone, you're doing good.

If your extreme passion and ferocious tenacity is affecting your relationships and family, then it is a problem. If you are able to keep everything in balance, it doesn't matters.

Yes,I do believe that all work for their progress n bread n butter but some people are passionate about their work they r restless until goal is achieved no doubt they r workaholic .You can't expect others to be workoholic but it's a drive in few that can't be resisted. 👌

Is it fair to call someone who has extreme passion and a ferocious tenacity to achieve their dreams a ‘Workaholic’?
