Hey! I’m from Ukraine and I tried your plans since May September was not perfect ‘cause I skipped two weeks, but I really see how my body becomes in shape! After the previous months I really see results even if I have a long rest! After your plans I got the lean body without any bulking! Thank you Mizi for your work!
