Man, how many dudes if you could get a big superstar female pregnant, won't? He knew his fame would skyrocket just being around her. But in the end, it actually hurt him cause her fans always felt he was a loser looking to come up off of her and he didn't help by telling stories about the mess he put her through when she was pregnant and they got into arguments. Calling and texting his ex to get her mad. The dude has a lot of maturing to do, and she eventually realized it and left. Him crying about wanting his son is because he probably went over there and tried to tape his sick son pretending like he was there to help him get over his sickness and video tape it for content and she wasn't having it. DDG seems to only care about himself and is using his son for clout. This explains why Halo is mugging him and slaps him when the camera is on cause the child knows his dad only shows him any attention when he needs footage. DDG mother is probably the caretaker for the majority of the time the child spends time over there.
