Hobby check! Hey everybody, hope you're doing well! It's Ava with a little hobby check-in! I've got my Lord on Juggernaut to a place I'm happy with for now, but I need to go add a few details here and there. To not stress over those little details I've moved to a shorter, more manageable project of finding the perfect blue for my Ultramarines. My main goal was to replicate the color we see in Space Marine 2 because I think they absolutely *nailed* it there. I've settled on Regal Blue (from The Army Painter) with Crystal Blue highlights and I am in love. I've been going back and forth for months now trying to find that perfect in between of newer, darker Ultramarines and the super bright colors from older editions and I think this is it! Super excited to continue!
Our editor is hard at work with the Vulkan episode and I've started on the artwork for it. To get these out faster there might be overall less artwork per episode, but to help with that I've started making templates for things like recurring characters to help with visual gags or whatever else we'll need. Kari and I can't wait for you guys to hear it!
