I usually like to have at least 4 weeks worth of videos ready to go but this Summer I just haven't managed to stay on top of that. I have next Monday's class ready and that's about it. 😅😬🤠Instead of stressing, I'm going to let myself enjoy this week off. Summer is so short, I want to enjoy it.
Plus... I work well under tight deadlines, so I'm sure I'll be able to film, edit and upload the classes that are due to launch at the end of the month. I'll figure it out.
I hope you enjoyed this week's Virgo themed yoga class and this coming Monday I'll have a gentle 10 min morning yoga class for you. The last 2 classes of the month should be a libra class and a minimal cues practice, if I can get my act together in time to film them. 😉
