@honestly.saturn

when people do visual triggers with the triggers they’re already doing (like hand movements while tapping something) it’s so good

@lemonmeltaway

a good balance of not switching between things too fast or talking too fast, but not spending forever on one trigger

I absolutely love close slow hand movements or hand swiping causing the lighting to dim, darken, and then reappear.

I love layered triggers at the beginning. Like when there are mouth sounds + visuals or whispering and tapping. And when the video gets more and more calming/less chatty as the video goes on. I also love when the sounds of the triggers have a little rhythm to it, so it’s kind of hypnotic, as opposed to sporadic sound, if that’s makes sense 😅

Hand movements towards the camera for me always make the asmr 1000 x better and more relaxing for some reason! Love love love 😊💛

The perfect asmr for me is with the tascam! I love inaudible whispers that feel like they’re in your ear and the tascam is perfect for it

@MelanieLynnCefarello

For me it’s whispering, hand movements, and soft calm background. Object triggers but are not too loud (example: glass tapping)
