Women Entrepreneurs Shine at SGRRU Womenovator Platform with Business Pitches.
With the blessings of Shri Mahant Devendra Dass Ji Maharaj, the Honourable President, SGRRU, and the guidance of Prof. (Dr.) Yashbir Dewan, Hon'ble Vice Chancellor, SGRRU hosted the V-Pitch Competition, organized by Womenovator. During the event, 15 of 50 business pitches were selected for further competition.
The event featured Mrs. Vinod Uniyal, State Minister for Entrepreneurship, as the chief guest, along with Ravindra Singh Anand, former Minister of State, Dr. Alka Pandey, Khadi Board officer, and entrepreneur Madhu Marwa. The judges for the pitching competition included Dr. Manish Mandoli, Training and Placement Coordinator, Dr. Rupa Soni, Dr. Juhi Garg, Archana Yadav Kapoor, Pooja Chauhan, and Nivedita Ganguly.
Women entrepreneurs presented their business pitches to showcase their ideas and seek government support for business expansion. Priya Gulati, the state head of Womenovator, highlighted the scarcity of platforms where women can present their business ideas and seek government funding.
Various participants were awarded prizes in the Home Decor category. It was announced that selected 15 participants would compete in the National Pitching Competition in Delhi.
