It's the same type of men who hear the bear argument and immediately begin gleefully fantasizing about women being eaten by bears because they can't conceptualize that "taking a poke" (as I saw one man describe it) is worse to most of us than being mauled. They have no substance or empathy and are accustomed to controlling through intimidation.

Ima man and I loved this video. I thought it was spot on. Some men are just miserable and so quick to blame every problem in their lives on someone else besides themselves. Thats a weak and pitiful mindset to have as a man. Also to threaten and harass a woman because she has a different opinion on a subject than you is also pitiful. the fact that you have to go out of your way to add a "not all men" boilerplate statement just so that the men that are meeting the barest minimum requirements of the social contract get enough attaboys to remain minimally compliant is itself such a devastating indictment of the situation. you shouldn't have to have said that part. i get why you did, obv. but no one should have to. the de novo knowledge that a man should have within his own head of being, again and i cannot stress this enough, *minimally-compliant with the golden rule that they taught us all in kindergarten* should be enough to indefinitely sustain him at that level. if the diffusely non-specific "he" *NEEDS* constant overt positive reinforcement to not trip over that lowest hurdle, that feels like hardly more than being a half-step removed from the men he's supposedly "better than". i'm just so tired of all of us collectively feeling like we have to additionally coddle this relative handful of "yeah but um actually i'm not like theat where are my backpats why aren't you commending ME for being a good one right now??" *FRAGILE* fencesitters, just so they don't revert to being part of the problem. on top of trying to keep the entire problem at bay.
