I actually like the Force Awakens it's a solid star wars film it's only dragged down by its sequels, on its own and as a movie it's actually pretty good

Force Awakens at least has the benefit of being the first since the prequels. I remember going to see it with my dad, both of us were pretty excited. I thought it was alright at the time, so it gets ONE point for that.

TFA is actually legitimately pretty good and I stand by that. Sure, it's a bit derivative, but back in 2015 everyone still felt alienated by the Prequels, so going back to basics was a smart idea at the time. I also think TLJ is half-decent despite its flaws, but TROS is a complete joke. I don't know who the heck thought THAT was a good idea, but whoever it was, they should never be alloeed to touch a movie again.
