I feel like there's so much gain from both. When we meditate alone, we ground our personal power and strengthen our own energetic field. We can bring that with us when we meditate as a group. When we're with a group, we make contact with our very natural compassion and empathy for others, and we're also reminded that in our times when we aren't strong, we are held and carried.
