What a joke, criminals will continue to terrorize this nation until judges like this are held accountable for letting these people back on the streets. Tries as a juvenile will mean a light sentencing. This “juvenile” will kill somebody after he gets out.

He’ll be out by 21, then his next victim will be on this judge’s shoulders?

Dems will always enable a criminal. This is a fact after this ruling.

Armed robbery and first degree attempted murder. If you do adult crime then you should do adult time.

If the races were switched, they would be charged as an adult.

I say this as a progressive, we have to stop charging teens as juveniles when they do acts of violence like this. You want to pull a trigger then deal with the adult prison time that comes with it. Simply shooting at someone, whether you miss or not, should be 25yrs minimum.

What a complete joke of a justice system. Just continue to give these fools a way out of paying for a crime of this magnitude. Good work judge. Shameful

California where criminals do whatever they want. Joke of a state. The rest of America sees California as the armpit of America.
