@carlossk8goofy

i just discovered what it was like two months ago and i just feel the same way as when i was learning to skate when i was a kid! watching your videos to find new patterns and perform better every time i can 💚 it has helped me to smoke less (as i invest my breaks chilling with the rope for 5 mins) and it is for sure fixing my cervical and shoulder issue

I'm too shy and don't look smooth with it yet, so I'll leave mine here. I Rope Flow because when everything gets to be a little too much, I'm able to grab my rope, breathe, and loosen up. And I feel better afterwards, even if only a little bit.

Easy to pick up and move since it's fun simple and can do it cold

I would say for the feeling of rhythmic movement, unlocking better rotation, and playing with speed (slower Vs fast rope flow)
