Now that the Panasonic GH6 has external BRAW support you can use Resolve’s highlight recovery feature. Pretty great to be able to squeeze out some details in blown highlights.

That highlight recovery button never ceases to amaze me. It obviously can’t save everything, but it’s done a lot where I didn’t think it could.

Yes say hello to betamax man here. I also invested in Laserdisc. So I shoot with a Panny S1H, Ninja V for RAW output, and have a pc running Davinci Resolve 18 studio. So I have to convert ProresRaw to CinemaDNG to keep the benefits of shooting in RAW, what a fool I am, should have bought a video assist, but the magenta cast of the screen put me off.
