I followed your recipe yesterday for the cultural food competition in my school here in the US. I used a stainless steel pot from the school kitchen, and I got the smoky jollof flavor. All my Nigerian colleagues were asking how I achieved it. I was so happy. I am a Nigerian living in the US, and I am glad I brought home closer for my fellow students.
