In King Kong 2005, the V-Rexes were confirmed to be inbred and not at their strongest so to make it fair both parties are at their strongest

Not sure where One Eye scales but V Rex’s are fodder so I’m gonna assume One Eye

One Eye wins no diff tbh Low end feats already get him on the level of a V-Rex He threw a boulder at Speckles once and it was wall level+ it did no damage and was only meant to knock him off a cliff so he can SA Blue Eyes. One Eye also threw a boulder on an Anky that’s Small Building level and anky survived making his durability higher but it was only used to pin the tail so One Eye could easily kill the Anky one shotting him so he upscales it. Also the boulder was estimated to be around 361 Tonnes so he can just easily throw the V-Rex. The best scaling comes from the next movie that One Eye isn’t in but Speckles scales and they are relative so it should be fine. In the movie Beast of Fire Mountain a massive mutant monster that’s larger than a Surapod smashes through large stone pillars in a cave which he pulverizes fully into dust gets calculated to Large Building level around 3.9 tons of tnt and while it is stronger than Speckles he can take hits from it, he can hurt it with his bites and pull back his body as well so he scales to it. One Eye and Speckles had multiple battles, they hit and bite each other a lot, and he only died to a Tylosaurus the size or larger of the JW Mosa. So One Eye is more intelligent, he is more agile, more experienced, more durable, and stronger than the prime V-Rex like he would one shot it. Honestly you could get the game version or the ride version of the V-Rex which is much larger and both have building level scaling yet they would still lose to One Eye lol
