Best videogame adaptation for sure, although that's not saying much the show is pretty great overall.

Loving it; Love the casting, writing, direction, and episode 3 made me cry like a baby lol. Even though the characters aren't exactly like their game counterparts I still enjoy watching them, and I think they especially nailed Joel and Ellie's dynamic, particularly at the end of episode 4. Not being a 1 to 1 copy of the source material =/= a bad adaptation.

I'm waiting to play the games, but my mom seems to enjoy it, the last video game she ever played was Donkey Kong, so I'm glad it's giving those who don't game a solid way to experience the story.

It's a lame drama. Too much walking and talking. Not enough zombies. So far, you got a zombie kill every two episodes.
