There is no Levi without the Ackerman blood. And Ackermans cant be titan shifters. It would be a normal soldier gaining Titan powers.

Depends on the Titan he gets. Best would be the Colossal or Cart and I don't think that's even debatable. This is all assuming a universe where he would keep his Ackerman power as well as the titan. Colossal he blows up every fighter near by then uses ODM gear to take out any survivors. Cart he jumps in and out of titan mode 100s of times if necessary switching between battling in his titan and wrecking people with ODM gear. He'd be unstoppable. Given something like the Attack Titan though he'd fair much better just using ODM gear and swords while taking advantage of titan healing and seeing parts of the future.

Lore wise, not possible. But if he has abilities of a titan shifter, not only he can regenerate to keep his limps, but he can over extend himself in crazy scenarios just for the kil or help his team. Just plain overkill... for 13 years.
