Real Estate Mindset

Change is often made through overwhelming work ethic, constant exhaustion and tenacity to overcome relentless obstacles.

We are tired but unable to fathom failure.
Included in our fight to abolish property tax is a full court press in our judicial system. Through these efforts not only are we trying to abolish property tax but we are also trying to help lead the SEC into Ken Paxton's office given the bonds are insolvent.

Pictured below is the newly completed Amicus Brief, supporting all property owners. This is 6 years of work wrapped up in about 80 pages. The link is listed below for your review.
It's crystal clear that 99% of politicians are bad actors and the people running to replace them seem just as bad. We are asking anyone that supports this Amicus and supports abolishing property tax, please send a letter of support to the Texas Supreme Court. Below is an example of how the letter should read.

We love you and we thank you for all your support.

Re: No. 25-0615
Mitchell Vexler
v.
Denton Central Appraisal District, et al.

Letter of Support:

Dear Supreme Court:
"I am familiar with the Amicus Brief prepared by Mr. Vexler as Amicus Curiae supporting the Petitioner and Property Owners and am very supportive of his efforts and this Amicus Brief. It is my sincere desire to see the Vexler vs DCAD be reversed and remanded to the lower Courts to allow the trail on fraud to move forward."

Is this petition for your County or for entire State of Texas to abolish property taxes once and for all?

Appraiser Modernization is the “SOMA” "Soma, Huxley" refers to Soma, a fictional drug in Aldous Huxley's 1932 novel Brave New World This powerful, narcotic tranquilizer is regularly used by the citizens of the World State to induce feelings of euphoric happiness, serving as a form of social control and an "opiate of the masses" that eliminates the need for religion, art, and alcohol.

Can you briefly explain why we want the case remanded to a lower court? Thanks!

@user-vy8ff2ni2s

I emailed the documents to my school district, my email bounced back because the school has a block on incoming emails. It did go through to another email which was forwarded to the super, he said he was in receipt of my email. He also stated that it was going to take him a while to gather the information. Here RTK requests are 5 days. They'll likely send me a letter stating they need more time. A request please: Can you remove the yellow highlighted areas on the document? I edited it out.

I think you have a typo in the last sentence of the letter template you have posted. The “trail” should continue? Like Oregon Trail?

@chrishardin7183

This is dumb. It's legally flawed and has zero chance of success. It completely mis-states the constitution.

Crystal clear that you dont understand that property taxes pay for infrastructure etc. Completely unrealistic and will never pass. Your page is based on click bait doom posting about the housing market, which seems to have lost no steam whatsoever.
