I couldn't find a place to leave message other than under a video so...I just bought myself a singing bowl and truly look forward to learning how to silence that abusively dysfunctional voice of me calling myself such hurtful things. When I saw Ms. 'Tina Turner' practicing her chant-singing bowl "escape" of her dark reality from the movie of her life story decades ago, I knew that would be my ultimate road to healing, too. Now...with beautiful bowl gift excitingly on its way to me...I need to find MY perfect words of chant to include in my opening sound medicine. Any suggestions of where to find samples/list of these? In closing, you're a powerful force that's causing immeasurable change in this joke of a time in homosapien rule. Hats off to ya!
