Adhesion Release Methods

I was talking to a patient this morning who I’ve been treating for 3 years.

About 60 treatments over that time.

My mental garbage caused me to ask, “Am I still helping you?”

She went on a 5 minute rant about how much money she wasted, 5-10x what she’s spent at @barefootrehab, for treatments that didn’t get her any lasting relief.

Having just lost her job and understanding business, she continued:

“My body and my health are my most important asset.

If I’m not investing in them, I’ve seen what happens to people who don’t.

And that scares me.

So I will continue to be seeing you for the rest of my life.”

Wise words Kuan.

We all know this.

But we get swept into what the media wants us to worry about.

The economy.

Buying stuff where the pleasure is guaranteed to fade.

I know for me and my family, Katie knows that I want health-associated expenses to be the biggest relative expense we spend on.

👉 grassfed meats and organic foods
👉 supplements
👉 cold tubs, sauna access, and gym access
👉 health coaches that actually improve our health

One of our biggest expenses has been health coach @ryan__syverson.

After seeing two specialist doctors for autoimmune disease, mineral deficiency, methylation issues, and mold, he was the first person to actually make Katie feel better.

It’s been a year of him helping Katie.

Sometimes, she sees how hard I work and says, “Should I stop working with Ryan?”

I answer, “Absolutely not. We will continue investing in Ryan and your health because without that, we both saw how sick you were.”

One day we will all be at an age when our health (or lack of) comes to bite us …

… or not.

The ONLY WAY to keep the odds stacked with us is to invest smartly.
