Hi Lauren, I hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving! I did one of your other cardio/body strength workout this morning and really enjoyed it! My question is does one benefit the same when using body weight v. weights? I need to try to get the most out of my workouts on a GLP1. Thanks for your help ❤
