“It was a very introspective moment,” she reflects on ‘Galore’. “But I felt the need to take my eyes away from the inside and look more to the outside.” Where that mixtape was so concerned with the lived and the dreamed, ‘Choke Enough’ taps into a new perspective: the observed.
