My newest cookbook, The Vegan Creamery, is finally available! Truly, I think I’ve hit on some new techniques in my book I’ve never seen anywhere (yes—including watermelon seeds!). I could start another company based on this …or I could share it with the world, hoping that thousands of people will be inspired by my ideas and reclaim their kitchens, or even start small businesses based on them.
