I am having really poor experience 😢. And it’s still going on and I am fighting with Bhanzu.I also live in Edmonton. Just wanted to let you know

Hi, I have enrolled my daughter seeing your video and had a bad experience with them. Without my permission or knowledge, they charged my credit card again after one month of enrolment although i have already paid for two months at the beginning. Now, when I am trying to get the refund, they are not giving me a proper answer and just buying times. This is a breach of trust since they never told me that they are going to auto debit my card, forget about the double charge. Then I searched online about them and found that many people are having the same experience.
