Calisthenics Isometrics Resistance bands And some lifting... But my lifting...is ushally with lighter weights Or with a back pack filled with rocks and water bottles .. Slow and steady wins the race Took me almost 7yrs to get my body in shape
And Because of "how" I got in shape.... I can stop working out for 6 months
..And my body doesnt change.. (That much) I might gain a little fat... I might lose some definition in my abs... But I dont lose what ive gained...
That's a real healthy body Body fat should fluctuate... But the muscles should stay either way
These men that claim if they miss 2 weeks of working out...they start to lose there muscles
....Well..... Then that means those muscles are not "YOUR" muscles
....there trt....there creatine...there steroids.... There the gyms.. ...But there not yours...
If they are yours....stop working out for 1 month
Just to see.....are those muscles really yours? Or are you addicted to going to the gym and trt and steroids?
Are you're muscles yours?
If they go away in 1 month of you not working out And you not taking anything like trt... ...Then those muscles were not yours... They were borrowed ..but there not yours to keep
