They keep messing with my favorite biologists. They need to be stopped.

I will never stop being confused by what is and isn’t punished on this platform.

For what? This channel is full of nothing but wholesome content.

Ann Reardon got age-restricted for explaining to us why fractal wood-burning was dangerous and used her videos in an educational manner to show the dangers. She gets age-restricted. The original videos of people doing this dangerous activity that could lead to (how did the coyote’s end up in this video again? Yeah, end up like that)? Kept up. The hatred of educational content on this platform is ridiculous.

Why is literal science, the facts on how we exist being censored? So infuriating to me. Knowledge is power

That’s insanity. The ads on yt out of control and some stuff they promote fall short of porn but this is age restricted wtf YouTube??

Thankfully I saw the video before the age restriction and it was funny and informative as usual. It's absolutely disgraceful that YouTube thinks that these videos aren't age appropriate yet they allow LITERAL SCAMS to play as ads in people's videos

Things that should be censored aren't censored whereas things that shouldn't are. Huh

Casual Geographic videos are worth logging in for. The internet has become more complex in its battle for hearts and minds. The rhetoric, the agendas, they can’t detract from the genuine good intentions and wholesome educational comedy of Casual Geographic. At the end of the day, Mamadou Ndiaye and his team have brought families together, enriched the lives of young people, and helped inspire others to ultimately save lives. Censorship won’t deter us fans. If the need arises, I’ll pay for this content out of my own pocket. Mother Earth needs humans like Mr. Ndiaye to use creativity to help solve modern problems. We all benefit from Casual Geographic. I’ll share the new video as much as I can. All of them. I’m just happy to be here, grateful for the content.

If I report an ad as inappropriate, I can guarantee that's the only ad I'll get all day. If they cared, lubetube would fix that. I've seen worse watching a David Atenborough episode.

And yet their ads have no filters and stuff that is very much adult will be marked for kids. My favorite example has been watching clips of a Y7 Justice League cartoon spin-off and I got ads for an R rated slasher movie about some demon possessed woman, followed by an ad for male enhancement supplements. Second favorite honorable mention was when I was watching BoJack Horseman clips and they were discussing suicide and sexual assault, but the video was marked as YouTube kids. I guess because they didn't use any cuss words in those clips the AI decided cartoon = kids.

That's some straight up BS right there. This man posts genuinely educational content and gets age restricted, but the ads I see on the daily (without personalized ads on, mind you) are definitely what heeds age restricted.
