Hi Miriam, Congratulations on your pregnancy ❣️ I have got a toddler and the second is due . From my first experience I will say a handy diaper changing basket or something like a container which u can just grab it anytime on your bed or on the cot to change the diaper where the basket/container will contain all your essentials like daiper,wipes,cottonwool,muslin square,nappy rash cream and an outfit in case u need a quick change for the baby. And for the drawer I will suggest u will need a medical case tht includes a thermometer, paracetamol infant syrup, nose sucker. And u will also need a grooming kit tht includes the little comb, moisturizer,nail cutter and baby oil .

Hi Miriam, I am a new mom of a 4 month old. Had a similar pregnancy challenge as yours wherein i had fibroid growing along with the Baby which was around 10cm and weighed around 800grams and baby was born healthy with 3kg Wight and was a full term baby. As for my experience you can have quick change clothes too as babies might tend to spit up / vomit after feeding and this comes handy when kept in the draw. Also standing and changing the diaper would be comfortable for you as you do not need to bend and increase your back pain just in case but of course be vigilant with the baby on high area as they tend to move unexpectedly. Using diaper disposal bags will be better to avoid leakages and better hygiene. A hand sanitizer to be used before picking up the baby after changing the diaper and keeping the baby in a safe place for washing hands.

Hi Miriam, you could add nipple cream n pouch or box for emergency medication etc burp clothes, hand wipes/tissues..
