My flexibility has gone downhill over the last decade I used to be fine into my early 40's but my 50's (now 58) have seen a rapid decline so I find myself working on things I took for granted. Endurance is the easy part because I love to run, the rest I have to focus on doing on a regular basis.

I’ve done all of these but I would say being able to do my first pull up I was very excited. I had been working out very hard and didn’t even realize the strength was already there. I was able to do many pull ups at once where as 6 months before I could do none. I was very excited and happy.

I don’t really struggle with any of these but definitely flexibility is something I need to work on

No problems with any of these except for the flexibility. I definitely have to work on that.

I'm in my early 30s and I can do all of these already except a pull up. I'm working on it though!

I am a walker and I haven't been able to. I'm staying with someone ans she lives in a very bad neighborhood so I don't go out unless it's to get into a car. Sounds stupid but true. So to answer you that's my goal..to getting my own place in a safe area.

Do you have wall charts available that capture your single leg balance exercises?
