OBS has been the secret to my success when it comes to interviews. I've always used it during the beginning with multiple companies. Until I get comfortable. I record my rounds with HRs, hiring managers, portfolio presentations, team meetings, 1-1s with directors/chiefs, etc. After the end of every round, I review my interviews and see which areas I could improve. At the end of the day, when I fail an interview, the company doesn't have the time to email me back with feedback, which is totally understandable. Hope this helps and good luck ^_^
