Folks, I am aware that the audio quality on my last video (Test Your Endgames, Part II) was unacceptably bad. I sincerely apologize for that - I am visiting family in CA, and audio is just so ridiculously finnicky. I will make a run to Best Buy today and try to get a Headset with a microphone - I'm pretty sure that will improve the audio quality significantly. I will re-record the video and re-post it later today. My apologies.

@navicto

Dude don’t apologize. It’s hard to imagine why anyone would be upset because of this. You’re giving us great, FREE content.

No worries Danya! With such high quality content I had no issue listening and following along with the current audio! Thank you for all the effort!

Please, if that is what YOU want to do, all for it. But don’t feel obligated, the audio was legible and the content fantastic as usual.

I watched the whole thing and found it incredibly informative. Didn't think the audio was much of an issue honestly. Really appreciate all the work you put into having top tier chess content.

Man, you‘re giving us content on a weekly basis that chess students 20 years ago would have killed for to ever get in any format or quality. You could put this down as handwritten scrawled notes in russian and people should be thankful to have the chance to have it transcribed and translated. We are such spoiled brats nowadays 🙈 There‘s ZERO need to apologize, enjoy the time with your family, we‘ll be here when you get back. 🙏

I would literally watch a one hour video of danya talking with the whole mic in his mouth. Absolute king behavior to do the work you do for us 💖

No need to apologize! I understand wanting your work to be as good as possible, but we have benefited so much from your generous content already that I wouldn’t worry about a small audio error (I didn’t even notice it honestly)

Not a problem man, everyone appreciates the effort put into all the videos especially when you're on holiday/visiting family etc., It could be you time, but you're still dedicating time to videos for the fans. Nothing wrong with redoing videos as well 👍

@MiksalQuall

I'm literally a sound designer and audio engineer, so it's my job to be picky about things like this -- but the content is so good that I truly didn't care while watching the videos. I definitely appreciate your dedication to quality, but I'm personally just happy that you're still uploading such in depth videos even while traveling around
