What’s your favorite part about being neurodivergent?!

@Succestribe

Being advanced in things others don't & just being different makes me feel special + services for neurodivergence (ex. Online schooling, military exemption). But the more intensity, the more advanced you are, but also the worse you feel on your lows. I believe I have bipolar disorder and I'll check it with a psychiatrist on tuesday, hoping to get online schooling & military exemption as I'm still a teen and my condition makes me powerful, but also dangerous to myself and to others.

For me personally, I’m grateful that my hyper fixation are all things that are actually helpful like being knowledgeable for example with human anatomy or things that help me self-develop. And now I’m a nursing student lol.

My favorite and worst part is how neurodivergence varies so wildly, and then is so different from neurotypicals. And at the end of the day, neurotypicals still get sad, mad, and everything else we do. And everyone deals with it differently. Were all just people. Who need to trust the good will of others. (And no, that doesnt mean ignoring red flags. Just not ASSUMING in an otherwise normal situation)
