So today I have a genuine question, does anyone know what the chance is for the game to place an item in the spot of a pickup already in the room? Basically having a random item already spawned in the room when you enter.
I ask this because today I got TWO of these random item spawns in the SAME ROOM, I attached the seed for proof.
I have no idea how rare this is and have literally never seen anything else like it before
