I have learned so much about cooking from you. Every time I cook for friends and family they compliment my ability to lay your flavor. Thank you so much for being willing to share your knowledge with the world!

I love Asian food so much. And there's so many other Asian foods I have never tried. Eventually I want to be able to go to every Asian country and experience their fashions, their cultures, and their foods.

Hi, Maangchi!! I just wanted to say, "Thank you!!" I always come back to your website and Youtube Channel when I am unsure about new information concerning cooking and ingredients. I have learned to make two containers of cucumber salad because I always eat one..lol. I am confident to season my Korean dishes to taste. My next goal is to make Kimchi. If you get a chance, check out A Nation of Broth and a Nation of Kimchi on Netflix. I also like to watch The Hotlife, Streetfood Asia, Flavorful Origins, Korean Cold Noodle Rhapsody, and Midnight Asia. Thanks again, Maangchi!! 🙏🏽💜

Hi Maangchi, I hope your doing well. In February during my 3 week trip to Korea I went to Jeonju and met my friend from Gwangju for jeon. At the restaurant we tried Moju (Jeon and Moju in Jeonju!) the cinnamon steeped makgeolli and it was delicious! Have you had it before? Do you think you could make a recipe? I have your book I love it and use it often. From New Zealand <3

Hi everybody! This is my most recent video, a recipe for pasanjeok. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G_QSy... In Korean, “pa” means green onions and “sanjeok” refers to cooked meat or vegetable skewers. So in this recipe we skewer green onion, beef, and carrot, make them into pancakes and then cook them in a skillet. Enjoy the recipe and read more details about this dish! www.maangchi.com/recipe/pasanjeok
