REMINDER: when connecting two dissimilar metals such as copper to iron/steel, remember to use a proper transition fitting. In this scenario, you can use what we call a dielectric union, a brass union or even a Sharkbite fitting if that's your only option. Connecting two dissimilar metals together will result in galvanic corrosion and eat through your pipes!
