2021 was the worst year of my life. Unfortunately, changing numbers on a clock and calendar does very little when your grief is intense it's as if your soul is in a coma and your heart is constantly in cardiac arrest for 11 months. I think a lot of people had one of the worst years of their life. It's almost as if it smoked out who everyone truly is. Some of us never thought it possible that people we've loved for years or decades could ever have in them the lack of empathy, compassion, and emotion that finally came out after the REAL MASKS came off that they'd been wearing all along.
