for everyone here, not only is Cyril talking about confession in private to God, but also, going to confession at Church, and confessing to a priest/your spiritual father. if u are not Orthodox, please visit an Orthodox Church, speak to a priest about confession and also ask about the process of conversion such as the catechism until the priest sees the time fit for baptism.
