There all good, but squats and deadlfts are the best, idk why some ppl think that bench is not an effective exercise, imo bench is lit prob the best exercise for your chest and shoulders, he'll even your triceps,

I feel like you almost never find a big squatter that has small legs unless they're doing a super low bar squat, so I think squats has gotta be my answer. But I think in reality you should be training hypertrophy in general if you're strength oriented.
