Undefeated, I’ve never had a bad day
-
I know what you’re gonna say, well F You Smelly Bell! Hahaha. But just like anything else this took time and a lot of practice. This has been a learned process, that I turned into a skill. I believe almost anyone can do it/learn it.

For me Once I understood how to balance my mind and emotions that’s when I was able to go back in time and reflect and say, wow that wasn’t actually a bad day.
-
Equanimity is a state of mental balance and even mindedness. It involves maintaining an inner calm and steadiness regardless of the external circumstances. Understanding that the only thing can control is your own mind. Anything outside of that is not something you have control over.
-
You’ve heard before it’s not what happens but how you respond or react. Some people don’t know that you don’t even have to react at all if you don’t want to. You can hit pause on it.
-
I hear many people saying i’m swamped, OMG I’m buried in emails! And these are people that actually chose to work for themselves. I probably overreact when I think good lord how pathetic and weak is this person that can’t handle what they signed up for. But I’ll cut everyone a break….for now. And say this skill took me time to learn. But indeed it is a skill. I’ve been practicing equanimity, stoicism, mindfulness for the last 10 years and I still mess up often. I’d even say I downright fail at times.
-
Give yourself some grace and I’ll be mindful that’ll it’ll take you Time to be less reactionary, but get yourself to working on this act of equanimity and enhancing your will. in my opinion, this is by far the strongest and healthiest thing you can ever do for yourself far surpassing the limitations of physical activity and diet.

Wow this is awesome ! Learning this now at 34 years old . Instead of saying ahhh man I HAVE to do this or that , now it’s I GET to do this or that . There’s so many blessings and opportunities out there I’ve left on the table from being negative or feeling sorry for myself . Also when I start feeling that negativity creep up , focusing on being grateful for everything is keeping me sane lol

Saying I’ve never had a bad day would be like saying my mom, my dog, my cats, and all my loved ones who died over the years meant nothing. Those are some of the worst days of our lives for a reason. Losing those we love hurts. It reminds us how wonderful our time with them was, and how they granted us the best days.

Great mindset what really interesting to me is that I saw this reflected in your attitude when your channel got deleted you almost didn’t seem fazed by it at least to me anyway. You could tell from my perspective at least that you had better reaction than most people would have in that scenario.

99% of days? Sure. Financial freedom and TRT helps? Absolutely crucial. On kratom, kava and shrooms on a regular basis? Hmm...I wonder..
