In order to remain “soft”, you have to have a solid “core”! This allows ill -treatment to penetrate your essence! Even so, there has to be practices on board, to help you heal any type of wounds, even those that may have begun to pierce your core. Therapy, meditation, journaling, experiencing community can all serve to support you. This isn’t about acting like nothing has hurt you, or that you shouldn’t explore ways to better protect yourself.
