Good afternoon. I hope you are having a peaceful Sunday. A few housekeeping issues:
1. School starts for all my kids this week. That means I am going to be needed for the mom things like driving and support with homework, etc. I may be posting a bit more sporadically (or chaotically?) for the first week or two until I get into a fall routine.
2. There are elections happening all over the country between now and the end of the year. Please remember to vote and remind your neighbors to vote! We have to exercise our rights in order to defend them.
3. October 18 is No Kings 2. With more than 1300 events already scheduled, it is shaping up to be the largest single day of protest in the history of the United States after No Kings 1. Our right to free speech is under threat. It is more important than ever that we all turn out on October 18. Find the event near you at NoKings.org Please invite friends and neighbors and help empower your community to resist fascism.
