Well...I'm not really sure u can help me with this but I play a sport and I'm always tired and sore so I feel like I have to choose between lifting before a practice or even a GAME (and sucking) or...Doing it after while I feel like a piece of crap and I don't really know what to do 🤷♂️ (kinda of topic sorry😅
