The issue with this is Shazam's personality. I do believe he could just instantly throw jin woo in space or just blow up the planet to deprive him of oxygen but I don't think he would do that. And any damage jin woo takes will just be diverted to his shadows instead. He can swap places with his shadows and he just needs mana to keep his shadows going but with the artifacts and powers he has mastered he has a literal infinite mana supply that refills instantly when mana is drained. If shazam can move at infinite speed then he does have a way of killing him but again with Shazam's personality I don't think he would go for the kill unless it's like injustice shazam. So all of his damage is completely nullified. I'm not saying Jin woo wins because he doesn't. He does not have any feats that put him anywhere close to shazam. But shazam also can't win due to personality or possibly not being fast enough. So in my opinion it's a draw because Shazam simply doesn't have the heart to go for the kill.
