I also looked up things you can do to calm yourself: Focus on deep, slow breathing, apply the 3-3-3 rule (identify 3 things you see, 3 you hear, and 3 you can move), and find sensory distractions like listening to relaxing music, playing video games, or doing anything that calms you down. Another thing I saw you can do is grab an ice cube, eat a very sour candy, bite into a lemon, or have a friend comfort you, either by phone or in person.
